Summary
The Referral Contractor is an independent contractor that is only authorized to conduct referrals on behalf of The Organizational Clinic.

Minimum Requirements
The Referral Contractor is an independent contractor that is only authorized to conduct referrals on behalf of The Organizational Clinic
The following are the minimum requirements:

1. 18 years old

2. High-School diploma

3. Two (2) years of professional work experience

4. Proficiency in the plans and services of The Organizational Clinic

5. Pass a criminal background check

Expectations
The following are the typical expectations:

Referrals

1. Conduct the referral process – provide accurate and adequate information about the products and services of The Organizational Clinic, and; ensure that the requisite referral paper-work is completed.

2. Educate customers on the nature and requirements of the sales process, and; serve as a facilitator during the sales process, whenever necessary

Marketing

3. Identify, engage and recruit potential contractors

4. Disseminate information on deals and promotions
