Our products (The Organizational Diagnostic Scale) were authored by Dr. Benton St .Cyr – a revered consultant who holds advanced degrees in Clinical Psychology and Organizational Leadership.

The Organizational Clinic was founded in 2013. However, the first edition of The Organizational Diagnostic Scale was introduced in 2015.

In 2011 our founder discovered there were no standardized tools to assess and diagnose organizational performance. Later that year he began a four-year quest to develop the first edition of The Organizational Diagnostic Scale. The tools have since been used to assess the performance of organizations all over the world.

We use an evidence-based approach. Most consultants rely only on their experience and limited knowledge to conduct consultations. But the evidence-based approach is a more effective one – it is more methodical and thorough.
