The first part of a consultation is to collect background information about the target organization. Consultants may request the information electronically, or may have a meeting to collect the information. A focus group of employees will be needed to collect data. Data may be collected electronically or in a face-to-face meeting. The last part is the analysis of data and preparation of a report.
Our consultations will find deficiencies in your organization that should be addressed. If our recommendations are implemented, your organization will have increases in sales, productivity, efficiency, and profits.
Consultation prices are based on organization size – the price for smaller organizations is less than the price for larger organizations. However, our most basic consultations start as low as $700. Refer to the Services tab on the home-page for a quotation.
No – unless data is being collected using the face-to-face format. The electronic format is the alternative to the face-to-face format, and it allows members of a focus group to submit their contributions during downtime – at work or home.
A report would be submitted to leaders of the target organization. The report would present the findings of the consultation and would offer recommendations to address the deficiencies that were found. Organizational leaders may also order a virtual meeting to discuss the findings and recommendations of the report.
We recommend a consultation for each department once annually. Annual consultations help to detect deficiencies in a timely manner and offer an ideal time-frame for measuring progress.
